General:

By ordering from Pastry Leidy or pastryleidy.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These conditions may be modified and posted on this website occasionally.

Notice:

Our products are made in a cottage food operation that is not subject to Michigan food safety regulations.

Ordering:

We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased. In such cases, we'll notify you via email or phone and issue a full refund for cancelled orders.

It's your responsibility to verify the details on your invoice and notify us of any errors.

Payment, Cancellation & Modification:

Full payment is required to guarantee all cake orders, including wedding cakes

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made more than 5 days before scheduled pickup or delivery will be refunded 50% of the payment.
For cancellations made within 5 days of the scheduled pickup or delivery date or in case of a no-show, no refunds will be issued.

Modification Policy

Wedding Cake Modification Policy:

Major Changes (size, flavor, or design): Require at least one month's notice for major changes to the cake. This allows sufficient time for obtaining ingredients and planning the design.
Modifications may incur additional costs, which will be discussed and agreed upon before changes are made.

All other Cakes

Major Changes (size, flavor, or design): Require at least 72 hours notice for major changes to the cake. This allows sufficient time for obtaining ingredients and planning the design.
Modifications may incur additional costs, which will be discussed and agreed upon before changes are made.

Damages:

Pastry Leidy is not liable for damages after the order is handed over to the customer or their representative.

Pricing:

Prices are subject to change without notice.
